We collect personally identifiable information from Users through secure, encrypted, on-line forms for supplying quotations for our services. This data may contain your Name, Address, Company Name, Telephone and email address and tax number, and is the minimum that is required to provide you with the service that you are requesting quotes for, and to satisfy the legislative requirements of the United Kingdom and EU Fiscal and Tax Authorities.
We also ask your permission to periodically send you occasional news, information and special offers by email. We also record all Pro-Forma Invoicing and Official Invoicing records and their payment transactions, and email correspondence, and support tickets that may be generated and pertinent to the supply of the service between ourselves and the client or their appointed representative.
